General Provisions

 

§ 1
These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") specify the rules for purchasing goods in the reridestore.com online store maintained via the www.reridestore.com domain, in particular the rules for registering visitors to the www.reridestore.com website, rules for ordering, payment, delivery of goods, as well as complaint and return procedures.
 
§ 2
The owner of the Online Store and seller of goods offered in it is Rafal Bien reride with headquarters in Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the NIP number: 8381719659, REGON 360115075. Company address: ul. Rydygiera 13/117, 01-793 Warszawa, tel. +48 606203031.
 
§ 3
Whenever the following terms are used in these Regulations, they should be understood as:
 
Customer: a person who is at least 18 years old, with full legal capacity or a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, whose legal provisions confer legal capacity, who made a purchase, or registered in the reridestore.com Store.
Civil Code: the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended).
 
Account: an individual profile assigned to the Customer after registering in the Store.
Login: individual and unique name of the Customer, being the Customer's e-mail address, provided by him during the Account registration process.
 
Seller: Rafal Bien reride with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under NIP: 8381719659, REGON: 360115075.
 
Store: an online store run by the Seller, operating at www.reridestore.com.
Website: website www.reridestore.com.
 
Goods: a product offered to the Customer by the Seller via the reridestore.com Store.
Act: Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2017.683 i.e. from 2017.03.30); Act on the protection of personal data - the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2016.922, i.e. from 2016.06.28).
 
Order: Customer's declaration of will, specifying the goods presented in the Store and its quantity, constituting the Customer's submission of an offer to the Seller to conclude a distance sales contract through the Store of goods being the subject of the order.
§ 4
By registering an Account and purchasing goods in the Store, you accept the Regulations. Account registration is only possible after accepting the Regulation. By selecting the "I accept the Regulations" option in the registration window, the Customer confirms that he has read the Regulations and accepts them.
 
§ 5
The seller conducts mail-order sales of goods through the store in the Republic of Poland and abroad.
 
§ 6
The store does not direct its activities outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, but only allows customers to indicate as a place of delivery a country other than the Republic of Poland, on the principles set out in these Regulations.
 
§ 7
These Regulations apply only to purchases made in the Store only by persons who are Customers within the meaning of these Regulations.
 
§ 8
In the event of a change in the Regulations, the Customer will be informed about it by means of a message sent to the e-mail address provided by him. The current Regulations are always available on the reridestore.com Store's website.
 
Customer Account
 
§ 9
Purchases in the Store are made on the basis of a correctly completed and successively sent order form to the Seller, available on the reridestore.com Store's website.
 
§ 10
In order to make a purchase in the Store, one-time creation of an individual Account is required during the registration process on the Store's website or purchase bypassing the registration process.
 
§ 11
During the Account registration process, the user is required to complete the registration form placed on the Store's website, in which the user provides his e-mail address, which is the Login, an individual password for the Account set by the customer and indicates: name, surname, contact telephone number, and current address.
 
§ 12
After the Account is correctly registered, the Customer gains the ability to access the Account and purchase goods presented on the Store's website.
 
§ 13
The account password entered by the Customer into the registration form is not disclosed to the Seller.
 
§ 14
Prices of goods available in the Store are given in euro and include taxes.
 
§ 15
All goods presented in the Store are original, free from physical and legal defects, and legally marketed in the Republic of Poland.
 
Placing Orders and Delivery Time
 
§ 16
The goods presented on the Store's website do not constitute the Seller's offer in the meaning of the Civil Code.
 
Returns and Complaints
 
§ 17
Customers may return products purchased in the Store within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact customer service at hi.reridestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
 
User Data Rights

Customers have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data stored by the Store. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email address]. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Reride Lifetime Warranty Policy
§ 21

1. What’s covered? Your handcrafted Reride bag comes with a lifetime warranty for:
stitching and thread, handles and straps, zippers.
2. What’s not covered?Mechanical damage (cuts, burns, excessive wear)., stains or fading,damage due to improper use or care.
3. How to claim? Email us at hello@reridestore.com with a photo of the issue and your bag’s ID number.
We’ll reply within 5 business days with a solution — a free repair or replacement (if a repair isn’t possible).
4. Where do repairs happen? At our studio in Warsaw or at our summer location in Chałupy.You can ship your bag or bring it in person (after contacting us).
5. Paid repairs. For non-warranty damage, we offer paid repair services to extend the life of your bag — always in the spirit of reuse.
 
Miscellaneous Provisions
 
§ 22
 
The Seller is diligent in ensuring the accuracy of the information on the Site, but is not responsible for any disruptions or inaccuracies caused by third-party services or technological failures.
 
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via email and through a notification on the website.
 
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts.
 
For matters not covered by these Terms, the relevant provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights, shall apply.
