Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• the product shows no signs of use,
• it is in its original, undamaged condition,
• all tags are attached,
• the product is returned in appropriate protective packaging.

How to return a product?

1. Contact us at: info@reridestore.com, providing:
   • your order number,
   • your full name,
   • information about your intention to return the product.
2. The product should be sent back to the address provided in our email response.
3. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
